Shipping InformationMost orders process within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.
Orders are shipped after they are processed, and the time in transit
varies by location. Please allow enough time for correction of any errors
or damage. Replacements will only be sent by UPS ground. We are not
responsible for any air charges necessary to get replacements to you
faster. If you are in a rush, we have several different levels of service
to get your order when you need it. Please verify your shipping address
carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake, or provide
insufficient delivery information, UPS will charge an additional delivery
fee, which will in turn be passed on to you. Please also provide a street
address in addition to a PO Box number, even if you normally use a PO
Box. Some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box due to weight. If you
are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address.
Orders outside the contiguous 48 states and those shipping to APO/FPO
addresses often require additional shipping charges, as the post office
has additional zoning charges. The actual costs are based on weight
and delivery addresses. Contact us for accurate costs if you are outside
the contiguous 48 states or shipping to an APO/FPO address. If an order
has already been placed, we will contact you by e-mail if the shipping
costs will exceed the amount calculated automatically by the shopping

Ground Service Second Day Air Next Day Air International Service When you add items to your shopping cart, the shipping charges will be automatically added. Calculated shipping charges are based on ground shipping in the US, but international orders ship by air, in most cases, so shipping costs will be higher than indicated in the shopping cart. The actual cost is based on weight and location. If we ship to your country, we will email you with the actual cost and shipping options to obtain your authorization to proceed with the order. No order will be billed or shipped without your email agreement. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. We have no way of determining any fees imposed by other countries, nor do we accept responsibility for them. The customer assumes that responsibility. No personalized items or food products (including candy) will be shipped outside of the US. If there is a problem with an international order regarding missing or damaged product, credit will be issued for those items. The missing or damaged items will not be replaced due to the extra cost of international shipping. Freight Forwarding |
